For students beginning their educational journey at Alhazen School through a structured and supportive admission process.

Requirements
  • Previous grade report
  • Certificate from the previous education level
  • Parent’s valid ID card
  • Family Card
  • Birth Certificate
  • Passport photo with red background (3×4 size)
Procedure
  • Complete the registration form via the Alhazen School website or Google Form
  • Submit required documents via post or courier service, including:
    • Photocopy of Birth Certificate
    • Photocopy of Family Card
    • Copy of Certificate and SKHUN
    • Student photo in white uniform with blue background (3×4 size, 10 copies)
  • Registration or enrollment cancellations are non-refundable
  • All students are required to comply with school regulations, policies, and terms & conditions

Transfer Students

For students transferring from another school and continuing their learning journey with academic alignment and personalized guidance.

Requirements
  • Previous grade report

  • Official transfer letter from the previous school
Procedure
  • Students applying for transfer are required to complete all administrative requirements prior to enrollment
